Capi Health is a nutrition tracking and wellness application providing food logging, AI-powered meal scanning, gamified challenges, and subscription-based premium features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old

4. Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Limited features, ad-supported
• Basic: $2.99/month
• Premium: $12.99/month

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew unless cancelled.

5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Capi Health is NOT a medical device. The App does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional information may not be 100% accurate. Always consult a healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws
• Upload harmful or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack or exploit the App
• Share account credentials

Capi Health, the capybara mascot, and all content are our property. All rights reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for health outcomes from using the App.
