Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Go to your device settings â Subscriptions â Capi Health â Cancel.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and never sell your personal data.
How accurate is the AI food scanning?
Our AI provides estimates that are typically 90-95% accurate. You can always manually adjust values after scanning.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile â Settings â Delete Account, or email support@capihealth.app. See our account deletion page for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Profile â Settings â Export Data to download your nutrition logs and profile information.
