Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data without deleting your entire account.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to privacy@capihealth.app with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Include: The email address associated with your account
• Specify: Which data you want deleted (see options below)

Data You Can Request to Delete

• Nutrition logs and food entries
• Meal photos
• Weight history
• Activity data
• Analytics data associated with your account

Data That Will Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal and operational purposes:

• Payment/transaction records (as required by law)
• Account authentication data (if keeping your account)
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics

Timeline

• Requests are acknowledged within 72 hours
• Data deletion is completed within 30 days
• You will receive confirmation by email

Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, you have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request data portability
• Object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent
