Delete Your Account
⚠️ Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In the App
- Open Capi Health
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@capihealth.app with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: The email address associated with your account
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile and preferences
- All nutrition logs and food entries
- Meal photos
- Achievements and progress
- Streak history
- Subscription data (subscription itself must be cancelled via App Store/Play Store)
Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
Cancel Your Subscription First
Important: Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings before deleting your account.
